Our shipping costs depend on how far our customers are, we would like to guarantee a fast and easy delivery with little to no damage on the tile which is why some areas may take longer to ship.
POOL TILE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Pool Tile Return & Exchange Policy section is dedicated to providing you with clear guidelines on what to do in case you've had a change of plans regarding your pool tile purchase or if you find yourself dissatisfied with a product.

We have a 25% restocking fee on all returns. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting and repackaging the tile, as well as any loss in value that may occur during delivery or return.
